Magnetic Oil Gauge
Features:
A Magnetic Oil Gauges/Gauges (MOG) measures the level of oil in a tank of transformer.Form-A Oil Level Indicators are used in Power Transformers less than 5000 KVA.
-
Indicator part is insulated with transformer oil.
-
It does not allow oil leakage at temperatures of 110 °C, 0.5 bar effective pressure and vacuum.
-
Made of corrosion resistance material for long life and high accuracy performance.
Construction:
All components are surface treated or made of corrosion resistant material.
-
Body: Pressure die casted aluminium, electrostatic powder painted to RAL-7033.
-
Indicator Dial: Aluminium sheet metal, white painted and black printing.
-
Pointer: Brass sheet metal, electrostatic powder painted to yellow colour.
-
Indicator Glass: Polycarbonate Transparent (UV resistant).
-
Mtg. Gasket: NBR, Hardness 70 Shore-A.
-
Float: Nytrophyl, closed cellular type foam.
Working:
The radial movement of the float is transmitted to the pointer magnetically. At one end the magnet is connected to the float-lever mechanism which drivesthe polarized indicator magnet connected to the pointer on the other end.
